Our young learners take delight in balancing bean bags on their faces while grooving to the "Bean Bag Bop" song.

Yoga takes center stage with individual poses tailored for kids, connecting them to daily life experiences. These poses are woven into captivating stories or beloved children’s classics.

In addition to physical poses, our yoga program incorporates breathing exercises and chanting shlokas, fostering mindfulness and inner peace from an early age.

Our classes cater to children aged 2 to 5, grouped by age for tailored learning. With a systematic lesson plan, we introduce concepts through music and movement, blending English and Hindi tunes.

Action rhymes and classic children’s songs foster musicality. Props like hula hoops, tambourines, and balls enhance engagement.
