A class that Kiara would love to go so willingly. The music , the dance and the yoga asanas Kiara learnt with Saplings , she still loves to practice them and still loves those songs. In fact would say that her love for music and dance began with Saplings and thanks to her Chandni Aunty.

Saplings is Dance & Yoga class which provides a wonderful environment for young kids. It keeps kids engaged & improves their ability to follow instruction in a fun & happy way rather than being regimented like many other classes which are apt for bigger kids but a bit too much pressure on young ones. The teacher, runs various activities in the class making it a novel experience always. I would recommend this class for all young kids for its sheer enjoyment factor & as the kids learn so much without realising it.

Sapling has really contributed in a very big way, in my son’s life of extra circular activities for learning things in a new fun-filled manner .. Where rhymes and songs were brought to life with body movements and fun activities. “The best part about Saplings was, it was the one class my daughter never complained or troubled to go to. She loved it from day 1! The environment is nice, the teachers are very warm and friendly and welcoming. My daughter was initially in the dance class where I was glad she learnt songs and rhymes that I danced to as children.” “She then joined the Odissi class where she also had a lovely time.
